Great casting is easy to spot. Like Clark Gable as Rhett Butler. Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester. Or Cookie Monster as himself.It can make or break your production. Especially on the radio.

Our own Mike Rosnick heads up RMW’s Casting Services. He not only draws upon his knowledge and experience as a Radio Producer for many years to find the right voice based on the casting specs, he goes further. Mike believes that casting is the best time to find alternate approaches to delivery and characterization. He believes it’s the precise stage to find out whether a script or cast is working well together, or not.  He also believes in that whole Mayan 2012 prophecy thing, but we’re one hundred percent behind him on the other stuff.
